Ticket Regulations

1. Refund Policy

· Cancellation on the day of payment: 100% refund
· 1 to 3 days after payment: 50% refund
· After 3 days of payment: Non-refundable

· However, tickets are strictly non-refundable within 7 days of the event, regardless of the payment date.

· Partial cancellations are not allowed; only full cancellations can be processed.

· Refund requests for reasons other than a change in the event date are considered a simple change of mind, and refunds will not be issued for changes in the timetable.

2. Admission Policy

· Preschool children can enter for free. (However, they cannot occupy a seat.)

· Spectators or staff who disrupt the atmosphere of the competition may be expelled, and ticket refunds will not be issued in such cases.

· The use of professional camera equipment, such as DSLRs, is prohibited inside the venue. Only media, official photographers, and video productions authorized by Monsterzym are permitted to film.

· Media wishing to cover the event should contact contact@monsterzym.com.

· On-site ticket purchases may not be available on the day of the event, so we highly recommend booking in advance. After registering on the Monsterzym website and completing the online payment, you can exchange your ticket by verifying your QR code.

· You are solely responsible for any issues arising from purchasing scalped tickets outside of the official Monsterzym store.

3. Parking Policy

· Parking fees are at your own expense, and the organizers do not provide any parking benefits or subsidies.

입장권 관련 규정

1. 환불 규정

· 결제 당일 취소: 100% 환불
· 결제 다음날 ~ 3일 이내: 50% 환불
· 결제 후 3일 경과 시: 환불 불가

· 단, 대회일 기준 7일 이내에는 결제일과 관계없이 환불 불가

· 입장권 구입 취소의 경우 부분취소가 불가능하며 전체 취소만 가능합니다.

· 행사 날짜 변경 외의 환불 요청은 단순 변심에 따른 것으로 간주되며, 타임테이블 변동으로 인한 환불은 처리되지 않습니다.

2. 입장 규정

· 미취학 영유아의 경우 무료입장이 가능합니다. (단, 좌석 점유는 불가)

· 대회의 분위기를 저해하는 관중 및 관계자 등은 퇴장 조치 될 수 있으며, 이 때 티켓값의 환불은 불가합니다.

· 대회장 내에는 DSLR 등 전문 카메라 장비를 활용한 촬영이 금지되며 몬스터짐의 허가를 받은 미디어 및 공식 포토그래퍼, 영상 프로덕션만 촬영이 가능합니다.

· 대회의 취재를 원하시는 미디어는 contact@monsterzym.com 으로 연락주시기 바랍니다.

· 대회 당일 현장 구매는 불가할 수 있으니 사전 예매를 권장합니다. 몬스터짐 홈페이지 가입 후 온라인 결제 완료 시 QR코드 확인 후 입장권 교환이 가능합니다.

· 몬스터짐 스토어를 통하지 않은 외부 암표 구매 시 생기는 모든 문제는 본인에게 책임이 있습니다.

3. 주차 관련 규정

· 주차는 본인 부담이며 주최 측에서 제공되는 혜택은 없습니다.
