Ticket Regulations

1. Refund Policy

· Cancellation on the day of payment: 100% refund
· 1 to 3 days after payment: 50% refund
· After 3 days of payment: Non-refundable

· However, no refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event, regardless of the payment date.

· Partial cancellations are not allowed; only full cancellations are possible.

· Refund requests for reasons other than an event date change will be considered a change of mind, and refunds will not be processed due to timetable changes.

2. Admission Policy

· Preschool children can enter for free (However, occupying a seat is not allowed).

· Spectators and staff who disrupt the event atmosphere may be escorted out, and ticket refunds will not be provided in such cases.

· Shooting with professional camera equipment such as DSLRs is prohibited inside the venue. Only media, official photographers, and video productions authorized by Monsterzym are allowed to shoot.

· Media wishing to cover the event should contact contact@monsterzym.com.

· On-site ticket purchases on the day of the event may not be available, so advance booking is highly recommended. After signing up on the Monsterzym website and completing the online payment, you can exchange your ticket after verifying the QR code.

· You are solely responsible for any issues arising from purchasing illegal tickets outside of the official Monsterzym store.

3. Parking Policy

· Parking fees are at your own expense, and the organizers do not provide any parking benefits.
