Ticket Regulations

1. Refund Policy

· Same-day cancellation after payment : 100% refund

· Day after payment ~ up to 3 days : 50% refund

· After 3 days from payment : No refund (including on-site payments)

· 1 week before the event : No refund

· Partial cancellations of ticket purchases are not possible; only full cancellations are allowed.

· Refund requests for reasons other than an event date change will be considered a simple change of mind. Refunds will not be processed due to timetable changes.

· Sales may close early if all 450 seats are sold out.

2. Admission Policy

· Preschool children can enter for free. (However, seat occupancy is not allowed).

· Spectators or staff who disrupt the atmosphere of the event may be evicted, and ticket prices will not be refunded in such cases.

· Shooting with professional camera equipment such as DSLRs is prohibited inside the venue. Only media, official photographers, and video productions authorized by Monsterzym are permitted to shoot.

· Media wishing to cover the event should contact contact@monsterzym.com.

· On-site ticket purchases may not be available on the day of the event, so advance booking is highly recommended. After completing your online payment on the Monsterzym website, tickets can be exchanged upon verifying your QR code.

· The buyer bears all responsibility for any issues arising from purchasing tickets through external scalpers and not directly through the Monsterzym store.

3. Parking Policy

· Parking is at your own expense, and no parking benefits are provided by the organizers.
