1. Refund Policy
· Cancellation on the day of payment: 100% refund
· 1 to 3 days after payment: 50% refund
· After 3 days of payment: Non-refundable
· However, tickets are strictly non-refundable within 7 days of the event, regardless of the payment date.
· Partial cancellations are not allowed; only full cancellations can be processed.
· Refund requests for reasons other than a change in the event date are considered a simple change of mind, and refunds will not be issued for changes in the timetable.
2. Admission Policy
· Preschool children can enter for free. (However, they cannot occupy a seat.)
· Spectators or staff who disrupt the atmosphere of the competition may be expelled, and ticket refunds will not be issued in such cases.
· The use of professional camera equipment, such as DSLRs, is prohibited inside the venue. Only media, official photographers, and video productions authorized by Monsterzym are permitted to film.
· Media wishing to cover the event should contact contact@monsterzym.com.
· On-site ticket purchases may not be available on the day of the event, so we highly recommend booking in advance. After registering on the Monsterzym website and completing the online payment, you can exchange your ticket by verifying your QR code.
· You are solely responsible for any issues arising from purchasing scalped tickets outside of the official Monsterzym store.
